DeltaQuest Sync™ — Order Management at Its Finest

Your creative work output demands the highest quality service and support available produced and delivered in a timely manner. In order to continue to exceed your expectations, DeltaQuest Imaging worked for nearly two years with software developers to design and build a state-of-the-art database management system called "DeltaQuest Sync™" that would virtually eliminate all of the hassle of placing and tracking your orders as well as consistently receiving them in a timely manner. Once you enter your order using DeltaQuest Sync, it enters the process at DeltaQuest Imaging and doesn’t leave it again until you receive your prints and invoice in hand. When the status of your order changes, the system informs you of the change, so you always know the current status of your order.

We are now standardized on this system, which has been clearly demonstrated to all as improving lead times and minimizing "lost" orders. It requires that you have only one computer set up to enter and maintain your orders. Your studio’s database is stored on that computer and synchronized periodically with our Master Database in Chicago.
